boring, i know. disclaimers always are boring, even i am thinking how to make it more fun as i write this.

but here is the deal- its better to talk about it rather than not.

i want you to follow these rules strictly, when you are on this site and even in the real world outside of this website (it will benefit you!)-

dont assume you have this or that disorder

do not assume you have something just because you relate to it. there is an actual syndrome, called medical student syndrome, wherein you read something and start relating to it so much that you think you have it too, but you may or may not.

the simple solution to it is that you should go to a doctor, and get this checked out whether it is actually a disorder or just the syndrome.

i understand some of you may not have the access to doctors, and thats ok. just try to find a doctor online or use the helplines, listed on the helplines page.

a disorder is not an excuse for your bad behavior

no disorder can be used to justify your bad behavior towards another human being. yes, it can explain it, but not justify it.

how you behave with others is up to you, and i would suggest using this superpower in the best way possible.

it is totally upto you on how kindly you choose to behave with others, and i would suggest you to be as kind as possible to both yourself and others. we all are fighting battles you know nothing about.

chee fong is a totally non fictional character

the famous chee fong, whom i will use to portray mental health disorders, is my teddy.

say hi, chee fong!

chee fong has been used by me as a model because i know what it feels like to hear patients / people with borderline personality disorder, they (referring to people with the same), and honestly?

it sucks. no matter how they said it, i always end up feeling hurt and offended. which is why when chee fong volunteered to be the spokesperson for this site, i was hella excited!

and… thats it! this is all i had for the disclaimer page till now, i shall add more as i remember them.

adieu!
